You can certainly make up your own package and continue on with the checkout process just as you normally would. The website is designed so that you can pick and choose what best suits your needs according to your event.

ID must be submitted when placing your online booking. We will also request to sight your ID upon pickup or delivery.

Yes, however this is by appointment only and can be arranged via phone or email.

Bookings can be paid via credit card online, we can also process your payment on our fulfilment location.

Yes. You can nominate an authorised representative. Alternatively send us an email with your booking number and the details of the person you would like to nominate.

We can organise delivery at an extra cost within 100km driving distance from our fulfilment locations. Contact us prior to making your order to discuss delivery options.

Delivery costs depend on your driving distance from our warehouse and the size of your booking. The average cost of courier delivery is $60 each way within a 45km radius, with costs ranging between $40-$200 each way.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time a booking will be delivered or collected. Where possible, we try to meet customers day/time requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. The hirer, or an authorised representative must be present onsite to receive delivery or collection.
